Claudia has 20+ years of experience in services for children and families. For 13 years, she worked for a care provider that was contracted by HHS/ORR Unaccompanied Children as the National Director of Training/Compliance, Director of Education, and Program Director. She taught child development courses as an adjunct faculty member at El Paso Community College for five years.

ISABEL T. RODRIGUEZ, US ARMY VETERAN, M.ED, LCCA

Isabel has 20+ years with a diverse background in operations management, child welfare service, strategic planning, and the juvenile judicial system. She has been working with adolescents and dedicated 14 years to assisting Unaccompanied Minor Children. She was pivotal in establishing five Licensed Texas Facilities in 2012, serving as Project Coordinator, Regional Executive Director, and Program Director.

STEVEN CANO, US ARMY VETERAN

Steve has 23 years of combined physical security and general industry safety experience. With 11 years of military experience, six years in the Department of Defense (DOD), and six years working in a non-profit organization contracted by HHS/ORR as the Senior Manager of Security and Risk Management.

CONNIE CASTILLO, M.HR

Connie has approximately 20 years of experience successfully working in the nonprofit sector, working with vulnerable populations, including unaccompanied children and other underserved populations, as a Case Manager, Program Director, Executive Regional Director, and HR Generalist. She worked with youth and families for five years with the Department of Family Protective Services- FBSS III and one year as a Residential Child Care Investigator.
